The notice in question, pursuant to DGR n. 406 of 04/07/2023, implements the PR FESR 2021-2027 of the Veneto Region, and in particular Priority 1 - A more competitive and intelligent Europe through the promotion of an innovative and intelligent economic transformation and regional connectivity to ICT – and Specific Objective 1.3: Strengthen the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and the creation of jobs in SMEs, also thanks to productive investments.
Who is it aimed at?
The call is aimed at SMEs that manage and/or own hotel accommodation facilities, outdoors, complementary or in natural environments referred to in articles 25, 26, 27 and 27 ter of LR 11/2013.
What does it predict
Eligible expenses: a) plant engineering works; b) building/building works limited to the eligible interventions referred to in article 5 paragraph 1 of the notice; c) technological tools, including hardware and software IT equipment; d) design, testing and management works; e) equipment, machinery and furnishings functional to the project; f) expenses for services connected to the digital innovation interventions envisaged in article 5 paragraph 1 of the notice; g) expenses related to obtaining the quality certification(s), environmental or energy security; h) expenses relating to bank guarantees. The expenses referred to in item "d) design, testing and works management" are permitted up to a maximum value of 5% of the amount deriving from the sum of the eligible expenses referred to in items "a) b) c) d) and ) Details on the type of support Type: “de minimis” regime Non-repayable contribution of 70% on eligible expenditure (VAT included): - minimum euro 35,000 (minimum eligible expenditure euro 50,000); - maximum euro 119,000 (maximum eligible expenditure €170,000 ). Intensity: Exemption regime For micro and small businesses, the maximum intensity of the aid envisaged, in the form of a capital contribution, is 20% of the eligible expenditure for the implementation of the project. For medium-sized enterprises, the maximum intensity of the aid provided, in the form of a capital contribution, is 10% of the eligible expenditure for the realization of the project. Maximum grantable support: - Exempt aid: on a maximum eligible expenditure of €600,000.00 (VAT included) the maximum grantable grant is equal to €120,000.00 (20%). – Aid under the “de minimis” regime: on a maximum expenditure of €170,000.00 (VAT included) the maximum grant that can be granted is €119,000.00 (70%). Duration of the project The project must be completed, with a request for the balance, by 12/19/2024 Payment methods - Possibility of disbursement of a 40% advance contribution upon presentation of a surety; - Possibility of a 40% advance upon presentation of the progress of the project (the deposit can be added to the advance up to a maximum of 80%); - Final balance at the conclusion of the preliminary investigation of the technical and accounting reporting presented
