The Municipality of Cesena has published a public notice for the submission of applications aimed at presenting project proposals for entertainment and events to be held in the summer and autumn period of 2024 in the municipal area. The project proposals must have as their object the offer of entertainment, events, initiatives, to be foreseen during the summer and autumn period of 2024 (between 20/5/2024 and 30/11/2024) in the Municipality of Cesena, with planning oriented towards the organization and management of high-value events and entertainment, with the aim of promoting and supporting proposals coming from the territory, from the local associative and entrepreneurial world, encouraging the development of attractive and quality initiatives, open to the public, i.e. to the generality of citizens, capable of involving different targets and having positive effects and impacts on the local fabric, while enhancing the main locations for cultural promotion initiatives. The projects must at the same time enhance the network and collaborative relationship with other entities active in the area and the creation of synergies for the planning of the initiatives.
Who is it aimed at?
Project proposals can be submitted by:A) Companies (including sole proprietorships) in possession of the requirements indicated in the public notice;B) Third sector bodies, in possession of the requirements indicated in the public notice.
What does it predict
Recognition of contributions for entertainment offering projects, events, initiatives, to be expected during the summer and autumn period of 2024 (between 20/5/2024 and 30/11/2024) in the Municipality of Cesena. The overall economic resources allocated amount to Euro 95,000.00 of which: 1) for businesses (including sole proprietorships): Euro 30,000.00; 2) for third sector associations and bodies: Euro 65,000.00. The benefits recognized for each admitted project consist of:A. in the granting of an economic contribution equal to a maximum of 70% of the expenses incurred and documented for the implementation of the project activities, up to a maximum of €10,000.00 for each project eligible for contribution presented by third sector associations and bodies and of €5,000 ,00 for each project eligible for contribution presented by businesses and individual firms. B. in the exemption, pursuant to art. 38, paragraph 2, letter. e), of the "Regulation for the regulation of the property fee for the occupation of public land" approved with act CC n. 25 of 25.3.2021, from the payment of the fee for the occupation of public land, for the area affected by each of the admitted projects and for their entire duration.
