Public notice “In Silico Medicine & Omics Data”The ICSC program is financed under the project proposal CN00000013 – NATIONAL CENTER FOR HPC, BIG DATA AND QUANTUM COMPUTING, Public notice DD n. 3138 of 16.12.2021, corrected with DD3175 of 18.12.2021 for the presentation of intervention proposals for the strengthening of research structures and the creation of "National Champions" of R&D on some "Key Enabling Technologies" to be financed within the PNRR Mission 4, “Education and Research” – Component 2, “From research to business” – Investment line 1.4, financed by the European Union – Next Generation EU with a total contribution of 319,938,979.26 Euros. 

Who is it aimed at?

The following can request the benefits referred to in this Notice: - Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), external to the CN and which compete in single mode, having the dimensional parameters referred to in Annex I of REG (EC) n. 800/2008 of the Commission of 6 August 2008 (General block exemption regulation) in OJEU L 214 of 9.8.2008; - Large companies (GI), external to the CN; - Italian state universities, external to the CN; - Italian universities not State bodies legally recognized and accredited by MUR, external to the CN; - Research Organizations (Od R) pursuant to regulation (EU) 651/2014, point 83, external to the CN; - National Health Service bodies external to the CN; In the case of hospital-university companies, both the hospital component and the university component must be external to the NC; - Scientific Hospitalization and Care Institutes - IRCCS, which are public or private in nature external to the NC. The IRCCS must however be established exclusively by subjects external to the CN; - Public and private foundations, registered with the ANR, with recognized legal personality and a statute in which the carrying out of Research & Innovation activities is indicated among the fundamental objectives , external to the CN; - Public and private consortia established among the above beneficiaries. The consortia may be established, through ATI/ATS, or other form recognized by the Italian State, also following the awarding of the projects.
