The Bonus supports micro and small businesses, networks and consortia in the manufacturing sector in the digital internationalization process.
Eligible entities
Micro and small manufacturing enterprises (ATECO code C) and networks and consortia of micro and small enterprises can apply. The networks and consortia must have at least 5 Micro and Small businesses that have started invoicing commercial products for at least a year.
Facilitation
- to micro and small businesses for an amount equal to 10,000.00 euros against eligible expenses of an amount not less than, net of VAT, 12,500.00 euros;
- to subject networks and consortia, made up of at least five companies, for an amount equal to 22,500.00 euros against eligible expenses of an amount not less than, net of VAT, 25,000 euros.
Eligible expenses
a) expenses for consultancy aimed at the adoption of digital solutions, including the design and customization of IT architectural processes and solutions functional to internationalization paths;
b) expenses for the creation of e-commerce systems abroad, sites and/or mobile apps, including any investments aimed at guaranteeing synchronization with international marketplaces provided by third parties;
c) expenses for the creation of e-commerce systems which provide for the automation of the transfer, updating and management
of items to and from the web as well as the connection between the operational functions of the chosen digital sales channel and its Customer systems Relationship Management – CRM (for example API – Application Programming Interface systems);
d) expenses for the creation of ancillary services to e-commerce such as smart payments, preparation of product portfolios, translations, photo shoots, video making, web design and content strategy;
e) expenses for the creation of a communication, information and promotion strategy for the digital export channel, with specific reference to the product portfolio, foreign markets and chosen online sales sites;
f) digital marketing expenses aimed at developing internationalization activities: digital promotion campaigns, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), backlink and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) costs, content marketing campaigns, inbound marketing, couponing and costs for strengthening the presence on social channels; lead generation and lead nurturing expenses;
g) CMS (Content Management System) services: restyling of websites whether graphic and/or content aimed at increasing presence on foreign markets;
h) costs for registration and/or subscription to SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms for managing visibility and content marketing costs, such as tools aimed at promoting the export process;
i) expenses for consultancy services for the development of organizational processes and human capital aimed at increasing the presence on foreign markets;
j) expenses for upgrading the hardware equipment necessary for the development of processes referred to in the previous letters a) and i);
Only expenditure documents in electronic format issued after the submission of the contribution application are eligible.
