Hiring bonuses paid to companies operating in the tourism, hospitality, catering and bathing sectors operating in the Ligurian regional territory.
Who is it aimed at?
The recipients of the hiring bonuses are the people hired by the beneficiary entities, i.e. the companies operating in the tourism, hospitality, bathing and catering sectors identified in paragraph 5 of the Notice approved pursuant to Legislative Decree Gr 418/2024, with effect from from 1 January 2024 at an operational unit located in Liguria, which at the time of hiring have no existing employment relationships, with the exclusion of intermittent employment relationships.
What does it predict
Provision of hiring bonuses based on the duration and type of contract in favor of the beneficiaries. The new edition of the Pact provides for the increase of the employment bonuses foreseen for the stipulation of permanent contracts from the previous 6 thousand to 8 thousand euros; the increase in bonuses for fixed-term contracts of 500 euros compared to the previous year, thus reaching 3,500 euros for 8-month contracts (2,500 for seaside contracts whose minimum duration remains 7 months); the creation of a real-time monitoring system of the progress of the intervention, which provides for the automatic sending by the application system of information regarding the quantity and type of incentivized contracts.
