Priority will be given, for the purposes of admission to the bonus, to artisanal manufacturing companies that are disappearing in the territory, registered with the ATECO codes listed in sheet B attached to the Notice
Who is it aimed at?
The initiative is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria
What does it predict
Bonus up to a maximum of €4,500, defined on the basis of the type of contract stipulated. The following employment relationships stipulated in the period between 1 January 2024 and 31 July 2024 are eligible for incentives: - Apprenticeship contracts; - Contracts for full or part-time fixed-term hiring for a percentage of no less than 60% of the working hours work envisaged for the national reference contracts lasting at least 6 months; - Contracts for full or part-time permanent hiring for a percentage of no less than 60% of the working hours envisaged for the national reference contracts; - Conversions with contract of full or part-time permanent employment for a percentage of no less than 60% of the working hours envisaged for the relevant national contracts, of personnel already operating at the requesting company on the basis of the following types of contracts: a) work fixed-term subordinate; b) intermittent fixed-term or permanent work; c) professionalizing apprenticeship contract.
