The Call intends to finance, through non-repayable contributions (vouchers), the acquisition of consultancy and training services by highly qualified and competent figures, aimed at promoting: a. the rationalization of the use of energy by companies, through the implementation of energy efficiency interventions, reducing consumption and emissions of climate-altering gases; b. the development of RES self-production systems, also through the participation of companies in CERs.

MSMEs with registered office and/or local unit in the provinces of Alessandria and Asti.
What does it predict
The Call provides for the assignment of non-repayable contributions to support consultancy and training costs for the implementation of energy efficiency interventions. Each company can submit only one grant application. Type of expenses eligible for contribution. CONSULTANCY: a) energy audits, aimed at evaluating the initial "as is" situation of the company, to identify and quantify efficiency interventions and savings opportunities and define an energy improvement plan; b) analysis of energy supplies, through verification of the contractual and accounting documents of the users, aimed at defining a program for optimizing the contractual parameters in light of the company's production characteristics; c) design of systems for collecting and monitoring basic energy data (bills, meters, etc.) and production (consumption, returns, etc.), also through the use of automation with 4.0 technologies; d) energy improvement plan with identification and quantification of efficiency interventions and savings opportunities for the company; e) implementation of energy management in compliance with ISO 50001, ISO50005, ISO 50009 standards;f) feasibility studies for energy requalification projects;g) technical-economic feasibility study aimed at the creation of a Renewable Energy Community (CER);h) creation of the technical documentation (project, configuration, etc.) and legal documentation (statute, contracts, etc.) necessary for the establishment of/membership in a CER; i) implementation of digital and 4.0 technologies (cloud, IoT, artificial intelligence, etc. ) to encourage the energy transition (“double transition”);j) temporary acquisition of the external Energy Manager service for the benefit of the company.
