The announcement is dedicated to the support of investments in the regional tourism-receptive sector. The announcement aims to promote the innovation and regeneration of companies through technological development projects, digital and ecological transition. The interventions, which range from cybersecurity to home automation to the use of alternative energies.
Who is it aimed at?
Micro, small and medium -sized enterprises (SMEs) are allowed. The applicant company must manage and/or be the owner of an accommodation facility. The accommodation facilities are those defined pursuant to LR n. 11/2013, or:
a) hotel accommodation facilities (article 25, lr n. 11/2013): hotels or hotels, villages-hotel, tourist-hotel residences, widespread hotels;
b) outdoor accommodation facilities (article 26, lr n. 11/2013): tourist villages, campsites, marina resort;
c) complementary accommodation facilities (article 27, lr n. 11/2013): tourist accommodation, holiday homes, furnished housing units for tourist use, bed & breakfasts, shelters;
d) accommodation facilities in natural environments (article 27 ter, lr n. 11/2013).
What does it predict
The extent of the facility is calculated depending on the chosen aid regime:
- Regime de minimis: the maximum intensity of the expected aid, in the form of a non -refundable contribution, is 50 % of the admissible expenditure for the realization of the project. For the purposes of this announcement, interventions with total amounts of admissible expenditure not less than € 50,000.00 and up to a maximum of € 400,000.00 are admissible for the purposes of this announcement.
- Aid regime compatible with the internal market pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014 for micro and small businesses the maximum intensity of the expected aid, in the form of capital contribution, is 20% of the eligible expenditure for medium enterprises the maximum intensity of the expected aid, in the form of contribution in capital account, it is 10% of the eligible expenditure.
Interventions are admissible with total amounts of eligible expenditure not less than € 100,000.00 and up to a maximum of € 1,000,000.00 for micro and small businesses and € 2,000,000.00 for medium -sized enterprises.
