It is a facilitative measure, promoted by the Varese Chamber of Commerce, which aims to accompany companies in starting energy transition paths that favor the rationalization of energy use, the reduction of consumption and the start-up and establishment of CER - Renewable Energy Communities.
Who is it aimed at?
The call is divided into 3 intervention measures. For Measure A - Energy efficiency, the beneficiaries are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. For Measure B - Support for aggregations, the beneficiaries are aggregations made up of at least 10 entities (public, private and associations), of which at least 70% are MSMEs. For Measure C - Support for CERs, the beneficiaries are the CERs - Renewable Energy Communities formally established or in the process of being established
What does it predict
Measure A - Energy efficiency is dedicated to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and provides a non-repayable contribution of up to 8,000.00 euros (8,250.00 euros in the presence of a legality rating), amounting to 70% of the eligible costs. The investment made by the company must be at least 2 thousand euros. Measure B - Support for aggregations aims to encourage the establishment of CER, through the organization of a specialist assistance path (technical, legal and economic), with an estimated value of 5,000.00 euros, for the implementation of a technical-economic feasibility. Measure C - Support for CERs provides for a flat-rate non-repayable contribution of an amount equal to 2,500.00 euros, against at least an equal amount of expenses incurred for the start-up and establishment of CERs.
