The tender provides for the assignment of a voucher for the implementation of interventions aimed at promoting the improvement of the health and safety of workers.
Expenses relating to the implementation of projects aimed at improving the health and safety of workers through staff training on workplace safety are eligible.
In particular, this case includes compulsory training costs, as provided for by Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 – Consolidated law on the protection of health and safety in the workplace.
Training to staff on safety in the workplace must be provided only by companies and professionals, accredited training bodies, employers' and workers' trade union associations, in possession of the qualification requirements established by current legislation (Legislative Decree 81/ 2008 and subsequent amendments, Decree of the Minister of Labor and Social Policies of 06.03.2013 and the State-Regions Agreement of 2016).
The documentation certifying the possession of the requirements by the Trainer (certification, agreement, etc.) must be attached to the application for granting the contribution under penalty of exclusion of the application.

Companies belonging to the Chamber of Commerce of South-East Sicily.
What does it predict
Non-repayable voucher worth €10,000.00 plus a bonus of €250.00 for companies with a legality rating.
