The Measure intends to encourage the resumption of the activity of the ski schools located in the municipalities belonging to the ski areas of the regional territory and damaged following the lack of snow which occurred in the period 1 November 2022-15 January 2023. In particular, the objective pursued by the Region Tuscany is achieved through the granting of benefits in the form of non-repayable grants to support ski schools which, due to the lack of snow in the aforementioned period, have recorded a reduction of at least 30% in turnover compared to the same period of the year previous
Who is it aimed at?
The measure is aimed at ski schools in possession of regular authorization to carry out the activity, registered as of 31/10/2022 in the Business Register of the territorially competent Chamber of Commerce or in the Administrative Economic Repertoire (REA) or in possession of a VAT and which carry out, in relation to the operational headquarters receiving the intervention in the regional territory, an economic activity identified as primary in the ATECO ISTAT 2007 P 85.51 section
What does it predict
A non-repayable contribution is expected to partially compensate for the reduction in turnover and fees, and will be determined as follows: • a flat-rate contribution of 10,000.00 Euros paid to all eligible subjects, within the limit of the value of the loss suffered, with the exception of authorized schools and registered in the Companies Register after 16 January 2022, but before 1 November 2022, to which only a lump sum contribution of Euro 5,000.00 will be assigned; • a further contribution, on the residual financial resources, determined in proportion to the percentage of the loss suffered, verified during the eligibility stage, and in any case not exceeding the value of the loss itself, including the flat-rate contribution referred to in the previous point. The contribution is granted pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 1407/2013 relating to the application of art. 87 and 88 of the Treaty to aid of minor importance ("de minimis").
