Contribution aimed at companies producing disposable plastic products referred to in the Annex, part A, of legislative decree no. 196 of 2021, for the purposes of modifying their production cycles and redesigning components, machines and control instruments towards the production of reusable or alternative products.
Who is it aimed at?
The call is aimed at companies producing "single-use plastic products" referred to in the Annex, part A, of the legislative decree of 8 November 2021, n. 196.
What does it predict
Granting of a non-repayable contribution, pursuant to the de minimis regulation, within the limits of the aid ceiling established therein for a single company, equal to €300,000.00, calculated over the previous three years. Without prejudice to the aforementioned maximum, the benefit is commensurate, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 5 of the ministerial decree, on the basis of the expenses strictly functional to the reconversion interventions in the following measures: a) with reference to the expenses relating to the design, within the limits of forty percent of their amount; b) with reference to the expenses relating to the purchase of machinery, systems, equipment and components, and computer programs and licenses related to their use, within the limits of eighty percent of their amount.
