These are resources provided for by article 11 of the legislative decree of 23 September 2022, n. 144, converted, with amendments, by law 17 November 2022, n. 175, allocated to mitigate the effects of the increase in electricity and gas supply costs incurred by cinemas.
Who is it aimed at?
To cinemas in possession of the following requirements, pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 2, of Ministerial Decree 457/2022: - have registered office in Italy; - be up to date with the payment of social security contributions; - have created at least 250 cinema shows in the period 1 January 2022 - 31 December 2022 in the cinema for to which the contribution is requested.
What does it predict
A compensation equal to the difference between the amount of electricity and gas supply costs incurred by cinemas in the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 compared to the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019.
