The objective of this facilitation is to stimulate demand from companies in the Marche region for qualified services for internationalization and, at the same time, to facilitate contact with the network of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad, developing the capacity for collaboration between SMEs and qualified entities in the field of internationalization support, such as the CCIE.

What does it predict
The call finances applications from companies that intend to:A) start or make their presence on international markets more stable and continuous, through paths to strengthen their presence abroad, such as: - the strengthening of promotional and marketing tools in foreign language; – protection of the company brand abroad; – obtaining the product certifications necessary for export to target foreign countries; – the growth of the company's managerial capabilities through specialist training activities; – the creation of digital showcases in foreign languages to encourage e-commerce activities; – personalized meetings with operators (distributors, buyers, etc.) from target foreign countries identified following specific assessments on the potential for presence abroad; – on-site domiciliation and logistics for e-commerce activities; – assistance with the first establishment abroad (drafting business plans, corporate consultancy, space/desk rental). B) use integrated service packages for the development of commercial activity abroad, possibly also related to participation in trade fairs or events with commercial purposes abroad (both in EU and non-EU countries) or even in international fairs in Italy . Among these: – market analysis and research, for the preparation of feasibility studies relating to specific outlet markets; – search for customers/partners, to stipulate commercial contracts or collaboration agreements; – organization of on-site business meetings (B2B, “matching”, workshops, etc.); – legal/organisational/contractual/tax assistance linked to foreign countries; – follow-up services following participation in trade fairs abroad, to finalize business contacts; – incoming buyers (missions to Italy of potential buyers/foreign commercial partners for meetings in the company). Only expenses for service contracts activated with the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad in the period from 06/19/2023 to 12/31/2023 are eligible for contribution. The non-refundable contribution is granted in an amount equal to 50% of the costs incurred and documented, net of VAT, up to a maximum of: - €3,000.00, for contracts initiated with a single CCIE; - €4,000.00, for contracts started with two CCIE; - €5,000.00, for contracts started with at least three CCIE. Applications can be sent from 9.00 am on 02/01/2024 to 4.00 pm on 15/01/2024, exclusively electronically, with digital signature, through the ONLINE helpdesk "Contributions to businesses", within the Web system Telemaco di Infocamere – e-gov services.
