The Municipality of Villafranca Padovana, as the lead municipality, and the Municipality of Limena as part of the development of the Commerce District project financed by the Veneto Region, with this tender intend to support and encourage the relaunch, modernisation, innovation and digitalization of the commercial offer. With this announcement we therefore intend to support interventions for the reconstruction of the entrepreneurial fabric of the territory, of its urban polarities in order to encourage the restart and relaunch of economic activities. The specific purpose of the notice is therefore to allocate non-repayable financial support to private beneficiaries, in relation to the program presented in the notice referred to in DGR no. 1019 of 28 July 2021, on two investment lines: – Line D.1.1.a Redevelopment and modernization interventions of premises and structures for commercial use; – Line D.1.1.b Digital development of business management.
Who is it aimed at?
The recipients and potential beneficiaries of this announcement are trade and service companies with a sales area of less than 500 m2 and public food and drink establishments operating within the perimeter of the Territorial District of Commerce (as per the plan referred to in Annex A of the notice). Interventions carried out by newly established companies that have registered in the Chamber of Commerce's Business Register prior to the submission of the grant application on this announcement can also be financed.
What does it predict
The amount of the contribution payable for each individual application admitted to the contribution has been set at a maximum of 80% of the expected expenditure with a maximum of €2,500.00 per beneficiary for Line D.1.1.a and of 500 euros for Line D .1.1.b. The financial allocation, for each line, will be used to finance, by economic value, an equal number of beneficiaries for each municipality. If, even for a single line, there are not sufficient applications admitted for contribution in one of the two municipalities, the Contracting Authority at its sole discretion reserves the right to admit for contribution the applications received in the other municipality.
