The measure, envisaged by the Prime Ministerial Decree of 24 September 2020, is aimed at encouraging the development of internal areas and limiting the socio-economic consequences deriving from the COVID-19 pandemic, through support for economic, artisanal and commercial activities operating in the territory of the Municipality of Sedilo.
Who is it aimed at?
Economic operators who meet the following requirements can apply to access the contribution: 1. be qualified as a commercial and/or artisanal enterprise carrying out economic activity regardless of its legal form; 2. have operational headquarters or registered office in the territory of the Municipality of Sedilo on the date of publication of the Notice and operate in the sectors referred to in point 1;3. be regularly registered with the Chamber of Commerce competent for the territory, which shows the date of establishment and start of activity;4. not have been admitted to bankruptcy proceedings, compulsory administrative liquidation, voluntary liquidation, composition with creditors or in any other insolvency procedure provided for by the bankruptcy law and other special laws, nor have proceedings underway for the declaration of one of these situations;5 . not having had criminal convictions and not being the recipient of provisions regarding the application of prevention measures, civil decisions and administrative measures registered in the criminal record pursuant to current legislation;6. not having been seriously guilty of false declarations in providing information to the Public Administration and not having been sentenced against them, with a final sentence, for any crime that determines the inability to contract with the PA
What does it predict
The contribution will be paid to applicants in an amount corresponding to the score assigned according to the criteria set out in Annex B of the notice. The contribution attributed will depend on the score assigned and is divided into four bands as follows:1. €900.00 with a score from 80 to 100;2. €700.00 with a score of 60 to 70;3. €500.00 with a score from 30 to 50;4. €300.00 with a score from 0 to 20.
