Who is it aimed at?
Small and micro businesses that carry out economic activities in the commercial and artisanal sector through an operational unit in the territory of the Municipality of Sustinente can apply to access the economic support contribution. The aforementioned companies must:• have fewer than 10 employees;• carry out economic activities through an operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of Sustinente;• be duly incorporated and registered in the business register;• not be in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and not be subject to bankruptcy or preventive composition procedures, controlled or extraordinary administration, compulsory administrative or voluntary liquidation, and not have ongoing disputes with social security institutions;• have opened the business in years prior to 2020;• be in compliance with all local taxes due to the Municipality of Sustinente. If the applicant has residual debts, the contribution will be paid as compensation up to the amount due. Written notification will be given of this compensation.
