The notice promotes access to economic support measures for artisanal and commercial activities for the 2022 year
Who is it aimed at?
Small and micro commercial and artisanal businesses based in the Municipality of Serravalle a Po are eligible to benefit from the contribution, identified as below by the co-presence of the following requirements: a) which have less than 10 employees; b) who carry out economic activities through an operational unit located in the territory of the Municipality of Serravalle a Po; c) that they are duly incorporated and registered in the business register; d) who are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures, controlled or extraordinary administration, compulsory administrative or voluntary liquidation, and who do not have ongoing disputes with social security institutions; e) who opened the business in years prior to 2020; f) who are up to date with all local taxes due to the Municipality of Serravalle a Po. If the applicant has residual debts, the contribution will be paid as compensation up to the amount due. Written notice will be given of this compensation.
