The Call provides for the financing of training projects - additional to that required by law to be paid by employers pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments - for updating and qualification on the issues of health and safety in the workplace of work.
Who is it aimed at?
The Notice is intended for companies that must have the headquarters involved in the training (registered headquarters or local unit or secondary headquarters) in the territory of the Tuscany Region and be registered in the Business Register of the relevant Chamber of Commerce. There is an obligation to identify the recipient companies when submitting applications. Companies with the following ATECO classifications (primary or secondary code) are not eligible as recipient companies: - C23 Manufacture of other products from the processing of non-metallic minerals - C33 repair, maintenance and installation of machinery and equipment, and supply of water, networks sewerage, waste management and remediation activities - F41 building construction - F42 civil engineering - F43 specialized construction work.
What does it predict
The recipients of the training actions for the identified companies are: - workers, also recipients of social safety nets, employed by the aforementioned companies in units located in the regional territory with an employment contract (permanent and fixed-term full-time or part-time), including individuals hired with an apprenticeship contract; - owners and/or employers of the aforementioned companies.
