the notice promotes the implementation of training projects for workers and employers aimed at updating and qualifying on issues of health and safety in the workplace, in order to promote awareness of the complexity of the "safety" issue and the importance of correct behavior to prevent risks present in the work environment. The training actions concern exclusively additional training compared to that required by law to be paid by employers pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments.
Who is it aimed at?
The companies receiving the training must have the headquarters involved in the training (registered headquarters or local unit or secondary headquarters) in the territory of the Tuscany Region and be registered in the Business Register of the relevant Chamber of Commerce. Companies with the following ATECO classifications (primary or secondary code) are eligible as recipient companies: C23 Manufacture of other products from the processing of non-metallic minerals; C33 Repair, maintenance and installation of machinery and equipment; E Water supply, sewerage systems, waste management and sanitation activities; F41 Building construction; F42 Civil engineering; F43 Specialized construction work; There is an obligation to identify the recipient companies when submitting applications. The recipients of the training actions for the identified companies are the workers, including recipients of social safety nets, employed by the aforementioned companies in units located in the regional territory with employment contracts (permanent and fixed-term full-time or part-time), including individuals hired with an apprenticeship contract as well as employers.
What does it predict
the financing of training projects. The training intervention must be structured taking into account the Catalog of training interventions referred to in Annex 1 of the Framework Collaboration Agreement between Inail and the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces and Annex A of DGR n.936/2023, composed of specific modules having common standards in terms of objectives, contents, duration and methodologies, to guarantee quality and territorial uniformity, and through the use of qualified teachers. The macro themes contained in the Catalog sheets are divided into training contents of an additional nature compared to what is foreseen by the State-Regions Agreements of 21 December 2011 which precisely establish the contents of the mandatory training for the figures of the prevention system, including workers and supervisors.
