Who is it aimed at?
Private law entities envisaged by the art. will be able to apply for contributions. 36 of Regional Law 25/2016 who carry out cultural activities and operate as a business. The subjects must be regularly registered as "Active" in the Business Register or in the REA (Economic Administrative Register) established at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture competent for the territory or in an equivalent register in a member state of the European Union and be classified according to the following indications: The ATECO codes admitted by the tender are: - for line A with ATECO 2007 code, lett. J – 59.14.00 Cinema screening activities; - for line B with ATECO 2007 code, lett. R – 90.01.01 Activities in the field of acting; 90.01.09 Other artistic representations; 90.02.09 Other support activities for artistic representations; 90.04.00 Management of theatres, concert halls and other artistic facilities.
What does it predict
A non-repayable contribution calculated as a minimum percentage equal to 10% of energy expenses relating to the year 2023, which can be increased up to 80% in the event of residual availability of resources. The maximum contribution that can be granted is €40,000, which can be increased up to €70,000 in the event of residual availability of resources.
