Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of the tender are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, regardless of their legal form, in possession of the following requirements: • possession of a VAT number and regular registration as "active" in the Business Register or in the REA at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts and Agriculture competent for the territory;• carry out primary and/or secondary retail trade activities in a fixed location or supply of food and drinks to the public or personal services as per the ATECO codes referred to in Annex C of the notice; • have activated and subsequently maintained for at least 3 years, from the date of disbursement of the contribution, an operational headquarters within the perimeter of the Territorial District of Commerce of Feltre and Pedavena or in the municipal territory of Feltre and Pedavena; • be fully and freely exercise of one's rights, not be in a state of bankruptcy, not be subjected to liquidation procedures (including voluntary), composition with creditors, agreement on business continuity, controlled administration or in any other equivalent situation according to current legislation; • be in possession of the requirements of good repute referred to in the art. 1 of the regional law 11 May 2018, n. 16 "General provisions relating to administrative procedures concerning public support interventions under regional jurisdiction"; • observe the rules of the Italian legal system regarding social security, welfare and insurance and present a situation of regularity in contributions, social security and welfare; • not falling within the exclusion field referred to in the art. 1 of Regulation (EU) 1407/2013; • comply with the conditions set out in Regulation (EU) no. 1407/2013 regarding the control of the ceiling of 200,000.00 euros of aid that can be granted over three financial years and the cumulation of aid granted pursuant to other regulations subject to "de minimis". To this end, the concept of a single enterprise is applied, i.e. the set of enterprises among which at least one of the relationships established in Article 2, par. exists. 2 of Regulation (EU) no. 1407/2013.
What does it predict
The eligible expenses must fall within the following 4 areas of intervention: a) for the reactivation of vacant premises for a use compatible with an activity referred to in the ATECO codes of Annex C of the notice for the opening of a new business or of a new local unit; b) for the redevelopment of the company's operational headquarters; c) for interventions aimed at energy saving; d) for the digitalisation of the commercial offering and company organisation. Form, thresholds and intensity of supporta. The benefits are granted in the form of a non-repayable contribution.b. The aid rate is equal to 50% of the eligible expenditure actually incurred and paid for the implementation of the project.c. The maximum amount of eligible expenditure is equal to 8,000.00 euros = (eight thousand/00) and therefore the maximum limit of support is equal to 4,000.00 euros = (four thousand.00).d. Each grant application may contain one or more types of intervention as defined in article 1 of this announcement, albeit for a maximum allowable expense for each grant application not exceeding that defined in the previous point c).e. The benefits provided for in this announcement cannot be cumulated with other aid granted for the same eligible costs.f. Applications for contributions whose projects involve expenses deemed eligible for less than €2,000.00 = (two thousand/00), excluding VAT, are not accepted. Under penalty of revocation, during the reporting phase, the expense reported and deemed eligible must be at least equal to €2,000.00 = (two thousand/00).h. The support is granted pursuant to and within the limits of the “de minimis” Regulation no. 1407/2013 of the Commission of 18 December 2013.i. If, during the submission of the support application, the grantable contribution causes the ceiling of €200,000.00 to be exceeded, referred to in paragraph h, the contribution will be correspondingly reduced, without prejudice to the beneficiary's subsequent right to renounce.
