The Notice, in implementation of the DGR n. 491 of 04/26/2023, is financed with the resources of the Veneto Regional Program FESR 2021-2027. Priority 1 SO 1.3 Action 1.3.10. “Call for the consolidation of SME aggregations for interventions on national and international markets already benefiting from POR FESR 2014-2020 measures”. Specific Objective 1.3 PR Veneto FESR 2021 – 2027 “Strengthen the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and the creation of jobs in SMEs, also thanks to productive investments.
Who is it aimed at?
The recipients of the Notice are business combinations - already beneficiaries of tenders under Measure 3.3.4. D of the POR FESR 2014-2020 - which, at the time of submission of the application, are constituted in the form of: - business network: network contract with legal subjectivity (so-called subject network) or without legal subjectivity (so-called contract network); – temporary business associations (ATI) or temporary purpose associations (ATS); – consortium (and consortium companies), through the precise identification of the consortium companies that join the project
What does it predict
The granting of: non-repayable contribution equal to 60% under the "de minimis" regime and 50% under the exemption regime is envisaged. Below are the types of intervention foreseen for the granting of contributions: – analysis to support the commercial development of SMEs in national and international markets, such as expenses for company check-ups aimed at evaluating the development of companies on the "target markets", creation of export plans; search for commercial partners and buyers; studies or consultancy services necessary for the launch of a new tourism product or existing products on a new market, particularly among emerging ones; - business activities such as the use of managerial figures for the management, coordination and management of the project in relation to activities in the target markets, development of social networks abroad, development of relationships with Tour Operators and representatives of the Italian and foreign online and offline media, development of contractual agreements; – promotion and marketing activities of the offer such as the creation and management of meetings between supply and demand, participation in promotional events and trade fairs, planning of incoming initiatives for Tour Operators and media representatives in the territories /destinations where the aggregation companies are based. Eligible expenses: - movable goods and services functional to the adaptation of tourism products to target markets; – technical-specialist assistance expenses for the development and operational coordination of activities in the target markets and countries, the development of relationships with foreign Tour Operators, as well as the creation of contractual agreements; – preparation or revision of the project website and its promotion; – expenses for the promotion and marketing of the aggregation's tourism products: supply/demand meetings, advertising on social media, radio-television, printed paper, billboards, promotional materials, co-marketing with airlines; – Tour Operator incoming activities and press tours in the tourist destinations involved; – involvement of influencers and travel bloggers; – notary fees for updating the aggregation; – expenses for guarantees relating to the surety; – consultancy fees from marketing agencies or professionals; – expenses for participation in fairs in the “target markets” Type of “de minimis” and “exempt” regime - The non-repayable support is assigned in an amount equal to 60% of the eligible expenditure actually incurred and paid for the realization of the project for expenses under the "de minimis" regime and to the extent of 50% of the expenses admitted and incurred under the "exemption" regime. These aid percentages will be applied to an expense reported and eligible for support up to a maximum of €400,000.00 including VAT; – Applications for support whose projects involve expenses deemed eligible for less than €150,000.00 including VAT are not admitted.
