The Call aims to incentivize the start-up by companies of paths to encourage the energy transition through energy efficiency interventions, introduction of Renewable Energy Sources (hereinafter RES) and participation in Renewable Energy Communities (hereinafter CER)
Who is it aimed at?
Micro, small or medium-sized enterprises in the province of Arezzo.
What does it predict
The Call intends to finance the expenses listed below.1. Expenses for consultancy services are eligible for: a. energy redevelopment and improvement projects with identification and quantification of efficiency interventions and savings opportunities for companies; b. technical-economic (project, configuration, etc.) and legal (statute, contracts, etc.) feasibility studies aimed at the establishment/membership of/to a Renewable Energy Community (CER);c. design of systems for collecting and monitoring energy data (bills, meters, etc.) and production (consumption, returns, etc.), also through the implementation of digital technologies for the definition of energy efficiency programs;2. Expenses for training services are eligible for: a. training activities aimed at achieving the qualification of Energy manager for internal resources employed permanently in the company.3. Expenses for training and consultancy may represent, respectively, 30% of all eligible expenses. a) For the purposes of this Notice, the company must avail itself exclusively for consultancy and training services of one or more suppliers among the following: - EGE - Experts in Energy Management - certified in accordance with the UNI CEI 11339 standard by accredited bodies; - Energy manager and/or other experts who have carried out at least three activities in the last three years, in favor of different customers, for energy services consultancy/training for companies, within the scope of the services referred to in article 5, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2.b) In relation to training services only, the company may make use of training bodies (e.g. training agencies accredited by the Regions , Universities, Higher Education Schools, Higher Technical Institutes) or other qualified entities certified ISO 9001:2015 for the EA37 sector with a duration of no less than 40 hours in total.c) For the provision of training and consultancy services it is necessary attach self-declaration of the supplier(s).4 . Expenses relating to the purchase of goods and equipment strictly functional to energy efficiency are eligible, such as: a. solar thermal collectors and/or micro-cogeneration systems and systems for the self-production of energy with renewable sources to be used in the production site; b. low consumption LED luminaires to replace traditional lighting (fluorescent, incandescent or halogen, etc.);c. purchase and installation of home automation systems for energy saving; d. systems for reducing water consumption and recycling water in company systems according to the different technologies applicable to the different production sectors (by way of non-exhaustive example the following fall into this typology: rainwater collection and recovery systems, adoption of efficient irrigation systems, automation of systems for the purpose of saving water and energy, etc.).
