The call aims to incentivize and support companies that activate transversal skills and orientation (PCTO) courses during the year 2024 by hosting secondary school students. A specific reward is provided for experiences aimed at certifying skills according to the scheme from the chamber of commerce system for the tourism, mechatronics, textile-clothing-fashion, agricultural sectors and for the citizenship for sustainability path.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies without size exclusion, with registered office and/or local units in the provinces of Biella, Novara, Verbano Cusio Ossola and Vercelli. The companies must be active, up to date with the payment of the Annual Chamber Fee, must have a regular DURC and must be registered in the National Register for School-Work Alternation
What does it predict
Non-repayable contribution modulated on the basis of the total PCTO hours carried out in the company by the students hosted during the year 2024: For PCTOs not aimed at certifying skills: - €750.00 for company tutoring activities between 60 and 120 hours - €1,000 .00 for corporate tutoring activities between 121 hours and 180 hours - €1,500.00 for corporate tutoring activities exceeding 180 hours For PCTOs aimed at certifying skills: - €1,000.00 for corporate tutoring activities between 60 and 120 hours - €1,500.00 for corporate tutoring activities lasting between 121 hours and 180 hours - €2,000.00 for corporate tutoring activities exceeding 180 hours Bonus of €500.00 for companies in possession of a legality rating (at least a basic score of one stelletta”) Bonus of €500.00 for companies holding Gender Equality Certification
