Italian Hospitality is an initiative of the Chamber of Commerce system which, since 1997, has guaranteed consumers quality standards on certified accommodation and restaurant businesses. It is a certification promoted by the Chambers of Commerce to stimulate the offer of uniform and recognizable quality in Italy at a national and international level, as a tool for the valorisation and development of tourism and restaurant businesses.
Who is it aimed at?
Structures operating in the provinces of Biella, Novara, Verbano Cusio Ossola and Vercelli which carry out the activity of: - Hotels - ATECO code 55.1 are eligible to participate in the selection for the award of the "Italian Hospitality" brand. The companies admitted to participate must guarantee that they can support the verification visit by the evaluator during the times foreseen for the completion of the procedure referred to in the art. 3 and be in possession of the following requirements: - be registered in the Company Register of the Chamber of Commerce to which they belong and are in compliance with the declaration of commencement of business at the REA; - not be in a state of bankruptcy, liquidation (including voluntary), controlled administration, preventive agreement or in any other equivalent situation according to current legislation; - be up to date with the payment of the annual fee; - have fulfilled the contribution obligations.
What does it predict
The initiative is carried out in compliance with the provisions of the "Regulations for the release of the Italian Hospitality brand". The release of the "Italian Hospitality" brand is associated with the attribution of a rating, the purpose of which is to differentiate the structures on multiple levels of evaluation in relation to the following macro areas: - Quality of service, - Promotion of the territory, - Identity, - Notoriety . The rating obtained is based on a value that varies from a minimum of one "crown" to a maximum of three "crowns" depending on the score obtained.
