The incentive was defined with Regional Council Resolution no. 792 of 27 June 2023. It is financed under the PR Veneto FESR 2021-2027. Priority 1 “A more competitive and intelligent Europe by promoting innovative and intelligent economic transformation and regional ICT connectivity” Specific Objective 1.1 Develop and strengthen research and innovation capabilities and the introduction of advanced technologies. The call supports projects for the consolidation of Regional Innovative Networks (RIR). In particular, the call finances activities aimed at consolidating the: - governance and management functions of the RIR, - networking, planning, promotion, animation and communication activities, - initiatives to monitor the performance and quality of services provided to the members of the network, - actions to enhance research for innovation and technological transfer, - training of new skills, - ability to create or participate in collaborations and synergies with other systems in Italy, in the European Union or at an international level - ability to attract investments and new skills
Who is it aimed at?
It is aimed at legal entities representing RIRs pursuant to LR 13/2014, art. 6
What does it predict
Eligible expenses: a) Staff costs - Internal staff, hired by the legal entity - Staff seconded to the legal entity - Cluster manager - Scientific manager b) External services provided by experts - Innovation manager (IM) - Temporary export manager (TEM) - Additional expertsc) Purchase of hardware and software goods - IT and connectivity equipmentd) Administrative and communication costs - Communication / promotion costs - Costs of joining international partnerships and initiatives - Rental fees for the headquarters - Suretyship guarantee (for advance 40% of the contribution)e) Indirect costs In a flat rate of 7% of the direct costs listed above
