The aim of the tender is to support the competitiveness and recovery of the Lombardy trade fair system through the granting of non-repayable grants for the organization of trade fair events for the implementation of interventions aimed at pursuing: - the digitalisation of the services offered; - the promotion and the advertising of the events; - the research, invitation and reception of foreign buyers and economic operators; - the animation of the trade fair events, with events inside and outside the event; - the preparation of special areas intended for specific business targets (young entrepreneurs, startups, designers, etc.). Each organizer may submit only one application relating to a single trade fair event.
Who is it aimed at?
Organizers of trade fair events can apply for this notice, according to the definition of the art. 121 of regional law 6/2010, which take place in Lombardy in 2024 and which, alternatively:• have international, national or regional qualification and are included in the 2024 Lombard regional trade fair calendar, with qualification already recognized as of 12/31/2023; • or, they are in their first edition in Lombardy, as newly created events or events previously organized outside Lombardy.
What does it predict
Non-refundable grant equal to 40% of eligible expenses, up to a maximum amount of: €50,000 for projects involving international or national level fairs; €30,000 for projects concerning regional level or first edition fairs.
