Public notice for the provision of non-repayable contributions to support trade and crafts in the municipality of Pievepelago (MO).
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries of this Notice are the small and micro enterprises that: a) carry out, at the date of submission of the application, economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (registered in the register of artisan enterprises) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Pievepelago; b) are duly established and registered in the Business Register or, in the case of artisan businesses, in the Register of craft businesses and are active at the time of submission of the application; c) are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or preventive composition proceedings; d) are up to date with the payment of municipal taxes at the time of the definition of the ranking (the municipality will carry out the necessary checks and will invite the companies to comply by a useful date for drawing up the ranking); e) carry out, as their main activity, one of the following economic activities: – hotels (by way of example and not exhaustively, ATECO 55.10); – restaurants, bars, pastry shops, refuges, campsites (by way of example and not limited to, ATECO 56.10.11, 55.20.30, 56.30.00, 56.10.30, 55.30); – hairdressers, beauticians, retail and wholesale trade (by way of example and not exhaustively, ATECO 47, 46, 96.02.01, 96.02.02). Companies carrying out the following activities are not permitted: food, butcher, pharmacies, fruit and vegetable trade, hardware store, building materials trade, artisans.
What does it predict
The provision of non-repayable contributions for management expenses such as: commercial premises rent, utilities and taxes relating to commercial premises.
