In line with the new three-year plan 2024-26, the Unipolis Foundation promotes the second edition of the ACT ban-aspirate. Involve. Transform. To contribute to creating a more solidarity, fair and cohesive society in the country, supporting the most fragile people in accessing opportunities, autonomy and rights. A context within which individuals can achieve full citizenship and achieve autonomy, young people can become protagonists of the future, those who come from migratory paths can feel an active part of a new community, women can see a horizon of real equality made, thus contributing to a positive transformation of society for all and everyone.

Who is it aimed at?

The projects can be presented by the following subjects as an organization for the leader:

  • Voluntary associations
  • Social Promotion Associations
  • Amateur sports associations
  • Other Third Sector Bodies
  • Social cooperatives and/or their consortia
  • Social enterprises.

 

The involvement of additional partners is hoped for partners, which contribute to different entities to the realization of the project. Other types of legal entities cannot be included in the categories listed above, such as public institutions (municipalities, regions, ministries, universities, etc.) and private companies may also be a project partner. Only constituted organizations, non -informal natural or collective persons may be project partner.

What does it predict

The request for contribution cannot be greater than € 100,000. Furthermore, the required contribution cannot exceed 75% of the total costs and not less than at least 20% of the overall budget. The remaining part of the total costs can be covered by other economic contributions to the project of a private or public nature and/or by an economic contribution of the leading organization and/or partners (CD "co-financing). It should be noted that the co-financing can be, in part or even in total, in nature (often definable in Kind). For example, the cost of the labor can be recognized purely to the project by employees, collaborators or consultants. while the free performance made by the volunteers is not admitted to co -financing.

Who can participate in the Act 2025 call?
Associations, voluntary organizations, social cooperatives, APS and ETS can participate with projects aimed at young people between 16 and 30 years old, who promote active citizenship and civic participation.
What are the eligible issues in the Act 2025 call?
Themes include: environment, rights, culture, legality, civic education, equality, inclusion and ecological transition. Projects must have a concrete local impact.
What is the amount of the contribution provided by the Act 2025 ban?
The maximum contribution is 10,000 euros per non -fund for each project, without co -financing obligation. Resources can fully cover the expected expenses.
What is the deadline for submitting application to the ACT 2025 ban?
Applications must be sent by 13:00 on July 15, 2025, exclusively via the online platform indicated in the official announcement.
What are the selection criteria of the Act 2025 call?
The projects are evaluated on: consistency with the objectives, active involvement of young people, innovativeness, territorial impact and sustainability over time of the proposed actions.
How many projects can be presented at the Act 2025 call?
Each subject can present a single project as a leader. It is also possible to participate as a partner in other projects.
Is there a compulsory partnership in the Act 2025 call?
The partnership is not mandatory but is positively evaluated. The involvement of multiple subjects increases the impact capacity of the project.
What expenses are admissible in the ACT 2025 call?
Expenses are allowed for: staff, materials, communication, logistics, reimbursements, consultancy, rentals, training and small equipment useful for the realization of the project.
What is the duration of the projects financed by the Act 2025 ban?
The projects must end within 6 months from the communication of assignment of the contribution, according to the approved time schedule.
How does the delivery of the contribution of the Act 2025 call be paid?
The contribution is paid in two tranches: an advance of 80% after the signature of the Convention, and the final balance following the approved reporting.
How should the reporting of the ACT 2025 call be presented?
The report must be sent within 30 days of the conclusion of the project and must include all the spending justifications and a final report.
