The call provides for support actions for entrepreneurial mothers for the promotion of substantial gender equality and for the conciliation of life and work. In particular, the expenses incurred for: – Implementing the workforce at the headquarters or local unit located in the province of Padua and dealing with the reduced presence in the company of the mother entrepreneur during the period of maternity and up to the sixth year of life of the mother are subsidised. child - Activate a teleworking/smart working station at the home of the female entrepreneur, in order to allow her to carry out her functions even from home and better harmonize the care of her child with the continuation of the entrepreneurial activity - Acquire the services of a temporary manager who can replace or integrate the work contribution of the entrepreneur mother, so that she can better dedicate herself to the care of her son/daughter until he reaches the sixth year of life - Training actions for the growth of the strategic skills of the 'entrepreneur - Attendance of nursery schools, nurseries or micro-nurseries until the child reaches the sixth year of life - Home support for minors suffering from serious pathologies, children of entrepreneurs. Note on the allocation and timing of the Announcement:- In the event of exhaustion of the available allocation before the deadline set for the submission of applications, the Chamber reserves the right to proceed with the early closure of the announcement. The Chamber reserves the right to increase the initial allocation or refinance the tender or to reopen or extend the deadlines for submitting applications, in the event of failure to exhaust the available resources. Such decisions will be communicated on the Chamber's website www.pd.camcom.it.
Who is it aimed at?
MSMEs (as defined in Annex 1 of Regulation (EU) 651/2014 of 17 June 2014) of all economic sectors with registered office or local unit in the district of the Padua Chamber of Commerce, which include the presence of women entrepreneurs who hold positions and carry out tasks as defined by the art. 3 of the notice, with children up to the age of six on the date of sending the application. Contributions are granted to the company that applies for the contribution and not to individual mother entrepreneurs. Each company can submit only one contribution request, even for multiple entrepreneur mothers from the same company, up to a maximum of two. Companies that have obtained the granting of the contribution under the "call to support entrepreneurial mothers for work-life balance - year 2023" of the Padua Chamber of Commerce cannot submit an application, regardless of the actual perception of the same.
What does it predict
The contributions are assigned on a non-refundable basis, in a single payment amounting to 50% of the eligible expenses. the minimum contribution is €1,000.00 corresponding to total eligible expenses of a minimum amount of no less than €2,000.00, and the maximum contribution is €5,000.00, corresponding to total eligible expenses of a maximum amount equal to or greater than €10,000 ,00. Expenses, net of VAT, detailed on the invoice, incurred and fully paid in the period starting from 01.01.2024 to the time of presentation of the reporting documentation, deadline 02.07.2025, are considered eligible. The Notice can be cumulated with other State aid and with other public subsidies that do not have the nature of State aid, provided that the maximum intensity established by the various regulations is respected and the prohibition on overcompensation is respected.
