The call aims to support industrial research and experimental development projects through the provision of appropriate funding for businesses and aimed at introducing significant innovations in relation to products, processes or services. This notice is intended for companies located in the regions of Southern Italy, in order to strengthen collaboration between companies from Southern Italy and the public-private research system present in the Emilia-Romagna Region.

Who is it aimed at?

The entities eligible to submit project proposals are: - Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), external to the ECOSISTER consortium, which compete in single or collaborative mode, having the dimensional parameters referred to in Annex I of the REG (EC) n.800/2008 of the Commission of 6 August 2008 (General block exemption regulation) in OJEU L 214 of 9.8.2008. - Large Enterprises (GI), external to the ECOSISTER consortium, in collaborative mode provided that the requirement of collaboration with at least one MSME.

What does it predict

Only industrial research and experimental development activities are considered eligible. The overall cost of the individual project must respect the following cost limits: - for individual projects presented by MSMEs: minimum cost 150,000 euros, maximum cost 250,000 euros; - for projects in collaboration: minimum cost 350,000 euros, maximum cost 650,000 euros. The benefit will be in the form of a non-repayable contribution. The aid intensity will thus be calculated on the basis of the size of the company according to pre-established percentages indicated in the notice.
