The Polytechnic of Bari has issued a public notice for research activities carried out by business incubators as part of the Project Project Title "RESearch and innovation on future Telecommunications systems and networks, to make Italy more sm ART" (hereinafter RESTART) , Project code PE00000001 funded under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Mission 4 “Education and research” – Component 2 “From research to business” – Investment 1.3, funded by the European Union Next Generation EU.
Who is it aimed at?
The entities eligible to submit project proposals in response to this notice individually or in partnership (i.e. Proposers) are: Incubators, both public and private, registered with the chambers of commerce in the special certified incubator status section referred to in the following link: https ://www.mimit.gov.it/it/impresa/competitivitaenuoveimprese/start-up-innovative/incubatori-certificati, which have as their primary aim the valorisation of the role and activities of new innovative companies and support their growth, external to the RESTART Partnership.
What does it predict
The project proposals must be consistent in terms of repercussions and impacts of the results with the research and innovation themes indicated by the Spoke (see Attachment 3 - Topic for the presentation of the projects). The proposer must provide, in the form of the project to be presented at the time of the application, the elements of coherence and relevance indicated in the art. 4.2. of this Notice. For the purposes of admissibility of the proposal, the latter must include activities related to the fields of intervention: 022 - Research and innovation processes, technology transfer and cooperation between companies focused on the low-carbon economy, resilience and 'adaptation to climate change;023 – Research and innovation processes, technology transfer and cooperation between businesses focused on the circular economy; 006 – Investments in intangible assets in public research centers and in public higher education directly connected to the research and innovation activities referred to in article 3 of the MUR Notice n. 341 of 03/15/2022. Specifically, as specified in the art. 7, co. 2, of the aforementioned Notice (fourth bullet point), the activities attributable to the three fields of intervention must respect, for our EP, the following percentages: 022: 25% 023: 25% 006: 50% The proposing entity has the right to provide a different distribution of the activities of the Extended Partnership between the different fields of intervention envisaged by the Notice, without prejudice to the fact that the % indicated for fields of intervention 022 and 023 in relation to each topic are to be considered minimum.
