Who is it aimed at?
Subjects external to the extended HEAL ITALIA partnership identified in: • Public Administrations are eligible to present projects for the recognition of the contribution provided for by this announcement; • Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that compete in single or collaborative mode with other enterprises, having the dimensional parameters referred to in Annex I of REG (EC) no. 800/2008 of the Commission of 6 August 2008 (General Block Exemption Regulation) in OJEU L 214 of 9.8.2008; • Innovative startups (defined by art. 25 of Legislative Decree 179/2012); • Large Enterprises (GI); • Foreign companies with an operational headquarters on Italian territory (if this is not already present, any opening of the headquarters must take place by the date of submission of the application application); • The National Health Service Bodies; • Universities and bodies supervised by the MUR; • Research Organizations registered with the ANR; • Public and private foundations, registered with the ANR, with recognized legal personality and a statute in which the carrying out of research and innovation activities is indicated among the fundamental objectives; • Consortium companies and consortia of international importance, provided that at least one partner has an operational unit in Italy. Participation is not permitted for individuals who hold the role of Hub, Spoke or Affiliate within the HEAL ITALIA project. Likewise, participation by controlled parties is not permitted, pursuant to art. 2359 of the Civil Code and art. 2 paragraph 1 letter. c of Legislative Decree no. 175/2016, by Hub, Spokes, Affiliates of the HEAL ITALIA project.
What does it predict
Under this Notice, interventions in the form of industrial research and/or experimental development projects, including collaborative projects, in which the beneficiaries of the aid participate in the development of the project, contribute to its implementation and share the risks, can be financed. and the results. The project proposal can be presented both in single and associated form.
