Who is it aimed at?

Intervention 1The subjects eligible to submit project proposals - Proponents - in response to this Notice are "Companies": as defined in point 7. of the Commission communication 2016/C 262/01 on the notion of State aid referred to in Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and, more specifically: - Spin-Off companies established pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 1, letter e), of Legislative Decree 297/1999 and subsequent amendments - Innovative start-up companies established pursuant to art. 25 et seq. L.221/2012 and subsequent amendments Intervention 2The subjects eligible to submit project proposals - Proponents - in response to this Notice are "Companies" as defined in point 7. of the Commission communication 2016/C 262/01 on the notion of state aid referred to in Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and more specifically: - Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), external to the NQSTI limited liability consortium company and having the dimensional parameters referred to to the Commission Recommendation of 6 May 2003 relating to the definition of micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises and SMEs and referred to in Annex I of REG (EC) no. 800/2008 of the Commission of 6 August 2008 (General Block Exemption Regulation) in OJEU L 214 of 9.8.2008.- Large Enterprises (GI), or companies that do not satisfy the criteria set out in Annex 1 of the EU Regulation 651/2014, external to the limited liability consortium company NQSTI. What does it predict

Intervention 1: promotes an implementation scheme which envisages, among other things, the financing of projects with cascade calls (Cascade funding) to support Start-ups and Spin Offs. Intervention 2: The EP promotes an implementation scheme which envisages, among on the other, the financing with cascade calls (Cascade funding) of projects promoted by companies interested in the creation of public-private Joint Labs. Intervention 3: The NQSTI PE promotes an implementation scheme which provides, among other things, the financing with cascade calls (Cascade funding) of collaborative projects "Cooperative Research Projects" (CRP).
