The Chamber of Commerce of Catanzaro, Crotone and Vibo Valentia, with the support of its Special Company Promocalabriacentro, as part of the strategic system initiatives relating to the 2021-2022 Equalization Fund project "Skills for businesses: orienting and training young people to the world of work" intends to select from a minimum of 5 (five) to a maximum of 9 (nine) companies established and active in the provinces of Catanzaro, Crotone or Vibo Valentia to which to dedicate the creation of audiovisual material through which to tell the story of creation and development of the business as well as the history of the new entrepreneur so that it serves as a stimulus and suggestion for other third-party business initiatives. The audiovisual materials, which will become the property of the Chamber of Commerce but will be made available to the beneficiary company, will be uploaded to the Platform for the aspiring entrepreneur www.sni.unioncamere.it created by the chamber system to provide information, training aids and company testimonials designed to support new or potential entrepreneurs in starting new business activities.
Who is it aimed at?
Companies which, at the date of submission of the application and until the granting of the aid, meet the following requirements are eligible for the benefits referred to in this Notice: a) they are Micro, Small or Medium-sized enterprises as defined in Annex 1 of the EU regulation n. 651/20141; b) have registered office and operational unit (if not coinciding with the registered office) in the territorial district of the Chamber of Commerce of Catanzaro, Crotone, Vibo Valentia; c) are active, and in good standing with registration in the Company Register; d ) are up to date with the payment of the annual fee; e) are not in a state of bankruptcy, liquidation (even voluntary), controlled administration, composition with creditors or in any other equivalent situation according to current legislation; f) have legal representatives, administrators ( with or without powers of representation) and members for whom there are no causes of prohibition, forfeiture or suspension provided for by the art. 67 of Legislative Decree. 6 September 2011, n.159 (Code of anti-mafia laws and prevention measures, as well as new provisions regarding anti-mafia documentation). The subjects subjected to the anti-mafia check are those indicated in the art. 85 of the Legislative Decree. 6 September 2011, n.159;g) have fulfilled their contribution obligations and are in compliance with the regulations on health and safety at work referred to in the Legislative Decree. 9 April 2008, n. 81 and subsequent amendments and additions; h) do not have supplies of services in progress with the Chamber of Commerce of Catanzaro, Crotone, Vibo Valentia pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree 95 of 6 July 2012, converted into Law 7 August 2012, n. 1352;i) are in compliance with the obligation to register a certified email account in the Business Register;j) have been established since 2017 and have been active for at least 3 financial years. In the case of second generation businesses, the reference years start from the formal date on which the takeover took place (as can be found in the Business Register); k) be in compliance with the mandatory operating rules applicable to the sector of activity.
What does it predict
The benefits envisaged by this announcement consist in the provision to the admitted company of a notional contribution in the form of real services which will be provided to the company through a specialized supplier identified by the Chamber of Commerce, with a total value of between 1,500 and 2,000 euros (financed by Chamber of Commerce to the extent of 100%). To the extent that the service is made available to the company, it is configured as State Aid and, therefore, will be registered in the National Register of State Aid pursuant to the new general "de minimis" EU Regulation 2023/2831.
