In order to encourage the establishment of new craft and commercial enterprises, the Municipal Administration has allocated resources for the establishment of new companies and the improvement of existing ones. Following Council Resolution no. 266/2021 of 10/25/2021 published on the Praetorian Notice Board on 10/29/2021, a notice has been issued for the contribution of the city's micro businesses. The announcement indicates the allocations, the subjects who can request contributions and the methods for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications is set for Tuesday 30 November 2021, possibly extendable by a further 30 days upon motivated request from any interested parties.
Who is it aimed at?
The following can apply for admission to the expected contribution: - non-food craftsmanship, neighborhood trade (note 1), food and non-food businesses and food and drink supply businesses, open to the public, (note 2); craft enterprises must have the legal configuration of an individual artisan enterprise or an artisan company as provided for in the art. 10 of the regional law 22 April 2002 n. 12 (note 3), commercial enterprises must have the legal configuration of an individual enterprise, a partnership or capital company and a cooperative; - the enterprises referred to in the previous point which fall within the dimensional limits of the "micro enterprise" as defined to the art. 2 of annex 1 of EU Regulation 651 of 17/06/2014 (note 4); - the companies referred to in the previous points which are in compliance with the requirements established by EU Regulation no. 1407/2013 of the Commission of 18/12/2013 relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the treaty on the functioning of "de minimis" aid; - companies that undertake, in the event of granting a contribution, not to install in their exercise the gaming machines referred to in the art. 110 paragraph 6 of the RD 18/06/1931 n. 773 or to remove them if they were already installed. An essential condition for the purposes of admission to the contribution is that on the date of submission of the application, the applicants are registered in the Company Register.2. The granting of the contribution is reserved for the entrepreneurial categories indicated in the previous paragraph, whose owners intend to start business initiatives or are already operating in the territorial area referred to in the following point 4 paragraph 1 of this announcement. Starting a business also means taking over existing businesses.
What does it predict
1. The municipal contribution consists of a sum of money and is granted from capital funds to the entrepreneur (non-repayable contribution).2. The amount of the grant that can be assigned is equal to 75% of the amount of eligible and financed expenses, net of VAT.3. Applications for initiatives with the following amounts may be eligible for contributions: - for new activities, applications for initiatives with a minimum expenditure amount of €6,000.00 excluding VAT, and up to a maximum of €25,000 will be eligible for contributions. .00 excluding VAT, per beneficiary and in compliance with the provisions of the preceding paragraphs; - for activities already established, applications for initiatives with a minimum expenditure amount of €3,000.00 excluding VAT, and up to to a maximum of €25,000.00 excluding VAT, per beneficiary and in compliance with the contents of the preceding paragraphs.4. The amount of the contribution will be assignable, in compliance with the previous paragraphs 2 and 3, on the basis of the published rankings, up to the availability of the fund.
