NEST extended partnership, Spoke 6 “Energy Storage” project coordinated by the Polytechnic of Turin. The Call supports the transition to sustainable energy, according to the micro-tasks published in Annex 3. Spoke 6 "Energy Storage", a project aimed at achieving the following general objectives: - development of thermal storage devices and systems based on sensible heat (geothermal and high-efficiency thermocline), latent heat (advanced PCM) and thermochemical; - development of devices and systems for mechanical energy storage based on pumping thermal energy, compressed air and kinetic energy; - development of solutions for generation 3, 4 and above 4 batteries and optimization of consolidated technologies; - development of innovative systems and devices for chemical storage; - development of hardware and software solutions for the control of storage systems and for their interfacing with the energy networks.

What does it predict
Non-repayable financing with variable percentages according to the size of the company (small, medium, large) and according to the activity carried out (fundamental research, industrial research, experimental development, feasibility studies).
