Public Notice “PIA – Integrated Facilitation Programmes”, instrument for granting concessions to medium and small businesses for industrial research activities, experimental development, technological and industrial innovation, digitalisation and energy and environmental transition, in addition to the development and qualification of skills in order to consolidate and strengthen the competitiveness of the regional economic system, developing its production specializations and constitutes a procedure that can be activated within the PR.

What does it predict
The PIA Integrated Facilitation Programs intend to support the investments of SMEs with the following purposes: - to face the new challenges imposed by innovation and the ecological and digital transition, through the re-engineering of production cycles and the start-up/consolidation of economic processes circular; - supporting the positioning of SMEs in global value chains at a national and international level; - supporting the diffusion of research and innovation to increase the competitiveness of the regional production system; - aggregating skills, both between companies interested in promoting joint programs of research, both between companies and research organizations and bodies, also to create and strengthen vertical and horizontal supply chains in the various sectors, introducing a concept of contamination and exchange of experiences and knowledge, facilitating access to the capital market, credit and to innovative finance by SMEs; - supporting and qualifying regional employment including female employment.
