Contributions for the promotion of initiatives aimed at the reopening of commercial establishments closed for at least six months, as well as for the expansion of commercial structures already existing in the municipal area.

Who is it aimed at?

Initiatives aimed at reopening businesses operating in the following sectors (further specified in the municipal council resolution no. 13 of 13/02/2020) are eligible to benefit from the concessions: crafts, tourism, provision of services intended for environmental protection, the use of cultural heritage and leisure, retail trade, limited to the businesses referred to in Article 4, paragraph 1, letters d) and e), of Legislative Decree 114/1998, including the supply of food and drinks to the public .

What does it predict

The benefits consist of the provision of contributions for the year in which the opening or expansion takes place and for the following three years; the amount of the contribution is related to the sum of the municipal taxes owed by the operator and regularly paid in the year preceding the one in which the request for concession is presented, up to 100 percent of the amount.
