The incentive of the Agency for Territorial Cohesion provides for the selection and support of business initiatives aimed at counteracting the negative impacts generated by Brexit, the procedure is one-stop, the benefit is granted based on the chronological order in which applications are submitted deemed admissible.
Who is it aimed at?
The beneficiaries are private companies registered in the Company Register, affected by the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
What does it predict
The incentive provides for the reimbursement of expenses actually incurred starting from 1 January 2020 by the proposing companies to counteract the negative impacts of Brexit. The contribution granted is non-repayable up to 100% of the expenses incurred within the limits of the De Minimis regulation. Expenses attributable to activities that the company has carried out to counter the negative impact of Brexit are eligible for a total amount of no less than 10,000 euros, net of VAT, and up to a maximum of 200,000 euros, net of VAT.
