The objective of this facilitation is to finance projects and initiatives carried out by associations and private law entities (however named) with collective interests in agricultural businesses in the Marche region
Who is it aimed at?
Regional associations and private law entities bearing collective interests of companies in the Marche region, established and operating for at least 3 years in the regional territory, provided that they are represented: – in the current Council of the CNEL (National Council of Economy and Labour) or – in the Council of the Chamber of Commerce, also through affiliation, pursuant to art. 10 of Law n.580/1993, as amended by Legislative Decree n.23/2010, and Ministerial Decree n.155/2011. These subjects (proponents) can, in the same, identify as the sole implementing body of each initiative one of their provincial or inter-provincial associations or one of their service companies or consortiums, provided that they are at least 75% owned by the same associations (or by other subjects of their emanation, or by the set of associations established at provincial level on a regional scale).
What does it predict
The contributions referred to in this public notice have the aim of financing projects and initiatives, generally at a regional level, which include actions along the lines of intervention: A. valorisation of cultural heritage, as well as development and promotion of tourism, in collaboration with institutions and competent bodies (including the valorisation of productive excellence, with particular reference to the sectors of typical and quality agri-food, Made in Italy and artistic and traditional craftsmanship), with the exclusion of promotional activities directly carried out abroad ( valorisation and tourism line) B. orientation and development of relationships between local businesses and the world of higher and university education, also through collaboration with the competent public and private entities and the promotion of school-work alternation (orientation line) C . support for the competitiveness of businesses and the territory through technical assistance activities for the creation and support of businesses and start-ups (business creation line) D. promotion and support of digital transition processes, ecological sustainability and workplace safety and environmental of companies (digital and ecological transition line) E. support for the competitiveness of companies and the territory through information, training, promotional and communication actions, technical assistance and any other form of support deemed necessary in order to minimize the economic impact as a consequence of new emergencies at an international level (war crisis and energy impact) and national level (natural disasters), facilitating the recovery of economic activities that are still suffering due to the ongoing problems (emergency line). The projects and initiatives for which the contribution is requested must be started from 01.01.2024 and must be implemented and concluded by the deadline of 12.31.2024. The list of eligible and non-eligible expenses is defined in the art. 5. For each project or initiative, it is possible to submit a specific application starting from 02/01/2024 and no later than the deadline of 03/29/2024 by completing the appropriate form and sending it via PEC to the institutional address: cciaa @pec.marche.camcom.it The amount of the grant that can be granted is set at 70% of the eligible expenses indicated in the financial estimate and in any case cannot exceed the maximum amount of €100,000.00 for each initiative. In the event that the total amount of grants that can be granted exceeds the availability of the fund, the amount of grants actually granted will be proportionally reduced for all eligible initiatives and projects. In case of granting of the contribution, the beneficiary is required, under penalty of revocation of the contribution, to submit a specific payment application accompanied by the accounting documentation, within 60 days from the deadline for carrying out the activities set at 31.12.2024.
