With this Notice, the rules are implemented by providing for: LINE A) a support intervention for the "live musical entertainment" sector, through the granting of aid based on the number of live music shows hosted and duly documented , as better defined in the subsequent articles of this Notice; LINE B) a support intervention for the Jazz Club sector, through the granting of aid linked to staff salary costs, as better defined in the subsequent articles of this Notice. 

Who is it aimed at?

LINE A) The Beneficiaries of the Aid covered by this Notice, identified by the DGR n. 23/17 of 6 July 2023, are the organizations that carry out an economic activity in the organization of concerts or promotion of concerts and that have the ownership and/or management of spaces used for live music. LINE B) The Beneficiaries of the Aid covered by this Notice, identified by the DGR n. 46/22 of 22 December 2023, are the bodies (jazz clubs) that carry out proven professional activity in the field of jazz music (according to the areas, sectors and sub-sectors defined in Annex 0A of the ministerial decree of 25 October 2021, rep. no. 377 of 26 October 2021, registered with the Court of Auditors on 19 November 2021, at no. 2868, containing "Criteria and methods for the disbursement, advance and payment of contributions to live entertainment, on the Single Fund for Entertainment, pursuant to law 30 April 1985, n. 163, for the three-year period 2022-2023-2024 and amendments to the ministerial decree of 27 July 2017); 

What does it predict

LINE A) The result that the Autonomous Region of Sardinia intends to pursue, through this intervention, is aimed at restoring the damage resulting in the years 2020 and 2021 from the closure of live musical entertainment venues operating continuously in the regional territory in the period preceding the declaration of a national state of emergency caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Line B) The result that the Autonomous Region of Sardinia intends to pursue, through this intervention, is aimed at supporting the activity of the jazz club in consideration of the persistent economic crisis, for the relaunch of the sector and the protection of jobs of the sector.
