The Emilia-Romagna Region pursuant to the provisions of LR 2 September 1991, n. 24 ff. mm., in order to promote the protection and valorisation of the public truffle heritage, intends to grant contributions aimed at the environmental restoration and conservation of the truffle heritage
Who is it aimed at?
At the date of submission of the application, applicants must be in possession of the following requirements and conditions: - be regularly registered in the national and/or regional registers of the Third Sector; - be in possession of an active Fiscal Code; - be registered in the Regional Register of Companies Agricultural referred to in RR n. 17/2003, duly validated composition; – possess, at the time of submitting the application, a valid management or management license for truffle purposes of the land subject to the request for contribution, which is valid. In the event that the request concerns interventions on former arable land (pursuant to Art. 50 of Regional Forestry Regulation no. 3 of 2018), a minimum availability of 10 years is required, also through tacit renewal clauses; – be up to date with contributions, social security and welfare payments; – satisfy the conditions set out in the art. 3 of Reg. (EU) n. 1407/2013 and subsequent amendments. of the Commission of 18 December 2013 and in particular not having exceeded the overall amount of "de minimis" aid granted to a single company of 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand/00) euros over three financial years; - comply with the established conditions from the national and territorial collective labor agreements for employed personnel. In the Agricultural Companies Registry, the section relating to the size of the company must also be filled in and updated. If the amount of the aid requested is higher than 5,000.00 euros on page 8, the appropriate Section “D.” must also be completed in the Registry. Legislative Decree 159/2011"
What does it predict
The contribution is paid on the basis of the extension of the land managed for truffle purposes and, in the presence of commitments to the maintenance and/or conservation of the environment aimed at safeguarding the natural production of truffles for free harvesting.
