Who is it aimed at?
on the date of submission of the application, they carry out economic activities in the commercial and artisanal fields (registered in the register of artisan businesses) through an operational unit (local unit) located in the territory of the Municipality of Acuto; • they are duly established and registered in the Business Register or , in the case of artisan enterprises, in the Register of artisan enterprises and are active at the time of submission of the application; • they are not in a state of liquidation or bankruptcy and are not subject to bankruptcy or composition with creditors procedures; • pursuant to current legislation, defines:Small EnterpriseA Small Enterprise is one which:• has fewer than 50 employees• has an annual turnover or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €10,000,000 (both requirements must be met)Micro EnterpriseA Micro Enterprise is one which:• has fewer than 10 employees • has an annual turnover or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €2,000,000 (both requirements must be met)
