In implementation of article 11, paragraph 5, of the legislative decree of 9 April 2008, n. 81 and article 1, paragraphs 862 et seq., of law 28 December 2015, n. 208, through the publication of individual regional/provincial public notices, Inail finances investments in health and safety at work. Specifically, this notice has the objective of encouraging companies to carry out projects for the documented improvement of the health and safety conditions of workers compared to pre-existing conditions, as well as encouraging micro and small businesses operating in the sector of primary production of products agricultural machinery, the purchase of new machinery and work equipment characterized by innovative solutions to significantly reduce polluting emissions, improve global performance and sustainability and, concomitantly, achieve a reduction in the noise level or the risk of accidents or that deriving from carrying out manual operations.
Who is it aimed at?
The initiative is aimed at: - businesses, including individual ones, located in each regional/provincial territory and registered with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture (CCIAA), according to the distinctions specified below in relation to the different funding axes. In particular, as a systemic intervention for workplace safety, Axis 1.2 makes it possible to support investments for the adoption of organizational and social responsibility models also for companies involved in courses for transversal skills and orientation (ex alternation school-work);- to third sector bodies, referred to in Legislative Decree no. 117/2017, as amended by legislative decree no. 105/2018, can access Axis 1.1 limited to type d) intervention for reducing the risk of manual movement of people.
What does it predict
The following types of projects can be financed, included, for the part relating to appropriations, in 5 financing axes: – Projects for the reduction of technopathic risks (referred to in Annex 1.1) – Financing axis 1; – Projects for the adoption of organizational and social responsibility models (referred to in Annex 1.2) – Funding axis 1; – Projects for the reduction of accident risks (referred to in Annex 2) – Financing axis 2;- Remediation projects from materials containing asbestos (referred to in Annex 3) – Financing axis 3;- Projects for micro and small companies operating in specific sectors of activity (referred to in Annex 4) - Financing Axis 4; - Projects for micro and small businesses operating in the sector of primary production of agricultural products (referred to in Annex 5) - Financing Axis 5 A non-repayable loan is granted: - for Axis 1 (1.1 and 1.2), 2, 3, 4 in the amount of 65% of the amount of expenses deemed eligible - for Axis 5 (5.1 and 5.2) in the measure of 65% for the recipients of sub Axis 5.1 (general agricultural businesses) and of 80% for the recipients of sub Axis 5.2 (young farmers).
