The object of the tender is the granting of contributions for the adaptation of properties belonging to the available assets of the municipality to be granted on free loan to natural or legal persons, with a public tender, for the opening of commercial, artisanal or professional activities for a period of five years from the date resulting from the declaration of commencement of activity, in implementation of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 09/30/2021, in the Municipality of Bellosguardo.
Who is it aimed at?
New economic activities that undertake commercial, artisanal or professional activities after the publication of the notice itself on the premises of the properties owned by the Municipality belonging to the available assets of the Municipality to be granted on free loan to natural persons can benefit from the contributions of the notice. or legal, for the opening of commercial, artisanal or professional activities which have as their object the sale and/or production of agri-food goods for a period of five years from the date resulting from the declaration of commencement of activity.
What does it predict
The contribution can be granted for the adaptation of properties belonging to the available assets of the municipality to be granted on free loan for use to natural or legal persons, with a public tender, for the opening of commercial, artisanal or professional activities for a period of five years from date resulting from the declaration of commencement of activity, through an operational unit located inside the Palazzo de Philippis, up to a maximum limit of €39,640.46. The benefit consists in the granting of a non-repayable contribution, for the spending budget freely composed of the expenses deemed eligible and functional to the activity to be carried out with investment. There is no minimum investment threshold to access the contribution.
