In Milan, the construction of the M4 metro line constitutes a strategic objective in the context of the modernization of the local public transport network, with considerable benefits for the environment and for those who live and work in Milan. However, the construction of this public work is causing stress and long-term inconvenience on the commercial network of the city areas affected by the works. In consideration of these critical issues, the City Council approved the guidelines for the granting of contributions aimed at supporting the commercial network of disadvantaged areas due to the construction sites for the new metro line.

To the micro and small commercial, artisan, tourism and service businesses in Milan, located on the road fronts directly overlooking the construction sites of the M4 metro line and belonging to the very high impact typologies.
What does it predict
The assignment of a non-repayable contribution (it is not subject to repayment) covers only current expenses, i.e. those relating to the management and operation of the business.
