The notice is aimed at the presentation of expressions of interest aimed at the participation of MSMEs that have an operational headquarters located in the territory of the Campania Region, belonging to the agri-food sector, in the international fair "Sial World Paris 2024".
Who is it aimed at?
SMEs can apply to participate in this Notice, according to the definition set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) no. 651/2014. Companies in associated form (Consortium, ATI - Temporary Business Association, Producer Associations, Business Networks, etc.) can also submit a request to participate, without prejudice to the fact that in the absence of a legal entity registered in the RI it is necessary to submit the deed of incorporation within the legal deadlines identifying the lead company that will carry out the procedures for submitting the application. At the time of submitting the expression of interest, the proposing SMEs must possess the following requirements: - be regularly established and active and not have insolvency proceedings underway or be in a state of voluntary liquidation, dissolution or liquidation or subjected to bankruptcy procedures. bankruptcy or composition with creditors, compulsory administrative or voluntary liquidation and controlled or extraordinary administration; - be registered in the Business Register competent for the territory and have declared at least one ATECO code, even secondary, not included among those of the primary production of agricultural products , fisheries and aquaculture; - situation of regular contributions, proven by positive DURC; - ability to contract with the public administration; - valid and active certified electronic mailbox (PEC).
What does it predict
The Region will cover the costs of participation including the following services provided to each company: - set up and furnished stand; – personal show cooking assistance service; – interpreting service; – connections and general consumption; – consumer goods and various materials; - stand cleaning service; – assistance during assembly and delivery; – assistance during the fair days. These costs will be classified as non-financial support and the related equivalent, granted pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 2831/2023 “de minimis”, will be registered in the National Aid Register (RNA) pursuant to MISE Regulation no. 115 of 31 May 2017.
