Support to cover the costs incurred to incentivize interventions aimed at defending and securing the soil, thickening, afforestation and reforestation, in order to promote environmental protection, landscape management and to combat hydrogeological instability in internal areas and marginal, implemented by agricultural and forestry companies.
Who is it aimed at?
Agricultural businesses referred to in article 2135 of the Civil Code, single or associated, falling in internal and marginal areas, included in the list attached to the Notice, concerning mountain and partially mountain municipalities; forestry companies located in internal and marginal areas, included in the list attached to the Notice, concerning mountain and partially mountain municipalities;
What does it predict
The maximum amount of the contribution that can be paid for each project is equal to €30,000.00 and for each individual project there is coverage of up to 75% of the costs incurred for the eligible interventions. A co-financing share is therefore always expected from the beneficiary. The support is granted according to the “de minimis” rule pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 1407/2013 of the Commission of 18 December 2013. The contribution will be paid in a single payment. The payment request must be submitted within the deadlines set out in the Notice. The contribution will be paid with a single accreditation, subject to verification of the expenses incurred.
